Thanks, physically I am feeling very good-and emotionally, well how could you not smile being in the Caribbean with all that beautiful blue water around you! I think the Vacation timing was what I needed-gave me something else to think about while I was adjusting to Dad's absence.

@kelykazelli- yep bottom time can cure all kinds of ills its so peaceful and miraculous- we dove 2 tanks a day for 6 days!
