Now my weight is moving in the right direction. Almost halfway to my goal!

284.2 lb Lost so far: 51.8 lb. Still to go: 59.2 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 15.4 lb a week

Me too!!! Only 5 more lbs. to go for the half way mark for me! Yea, us!! Yet another great pick with the kiddo!
