I've been slipping badly this year after losing some significant numbers of pounds last year. It looks like I've only crept up a little but I can tell, I feel, and my body feels ... different.
So starting (this moment!) sugar and carbs are off the table. Obviously, NO carbs, very few sugars. I can do it if I really apply myself!
