Out all day from 8:00 am until midnight. Fatigued! No appetite, ate more protein than usual just to keep going.Weight stuck in neutral for several days. Eating more organic dark greens to alkalynize my system and get the inflamation down.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
