Holidays are here and so is my extra weight. What happened? I know, as most of you do. Life gets in the way and instead of taking time for "me" I continued to work, eat, not exercise, not track my eating, and basically fell back into my old routine and now I'm letting food control my life once again. :( Today is a new day and I will try again.
