I am happy to say with the bloating down so is my weight plus another small loss. I will take it..yippee. My aches continue to go away and I know it is from the crap in my diet. I am starting to feel better; my mind is starting to feel clearer...amazing what bad things can do to you! So need to plan dinner tonight and I will lay some chicken out to thaw and do something with it with one of my many pinterest recipes...haha.
Making some sugar free jello today to have on hand. I didn't have to worry about wanting something last night since Flo had me in such pain that I almost felt sick...glad that is past.
It's going to be a great day!
