Went to red robin today..hard to find anything decent to eat..had a salad and soup but lots of cheese was in it..and cheated and ate some of my kids fries.. and burger!..skipped excercising today also..(sigh)

i read somewhere that apple cider vinegar (mixed drink) is a good detox and also flax seed oil..so i am trying to take those..we'll see..we made our reservations for JAMAICA also today..i really want to look good and use this as my GOAL..but i think i gained today..i feel bloated for some reason too..i want to starve and diet myself until the trip and then i want to pig out over there..:) but this is getting much harder now..can't wait till Phase I is over..just 2 more days!
134.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

just take one day at a time, set small goals for yourself and you should reach your target by the time you go to jamaica (you lucky thing) wish we were going to jamacia.

Hang in there....phase one really is the toughest part. And you're almost finished!!!

Hurray for phase 2! we both did it and now we get some real food!

I love fat free refried beans with salsa or hot sauce! That got me through many a nights in phase 1. It was spicy enough to change things up. Plus the more seasoning you add to veggies the better they taste after nine days.
