Day 3: this morning I feel pretty good! Only mildly hungry. Still feel a little weak and tired but other than that I feel pretty good! I plan on breaking this fast tomorrow morning with fresh veggies juice. I think I'll drink these juices for about two days and then introduce raw fruits, veggies and nuts. Then grains and lastly legumes. Sounds like a plan, eh?
147.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
