Bad weather again, but still cycled to the gym for a hour+ cardio. Good workout.

The weight has slowed by at least half even though I have upped my training.
The jeans I wore yesterday were dropping off me.

Edit:

Just tried to re-boot my system by upping my cal intake. One thing is for sure, the body was screaming out for fuel or a change in my humdrum same as meals.

I have no ideal of the exact cals though cause I can't remember everything that I put init (frozen meal I had already made a while back). Close enough though, but was expecting it to be higher.

When you start a new exercise program or change your old one, your muscles can retain water to help them heal. This can show on the scale as a gain, small loss or no loss. It is temporary. Google "why the scale lies" for insight. With exercise, we tend to lose fat/inches more quickly. You can actually see the scale go up sometimes and your pants size go down. Your doing amazing!!

Suzi161 Hi I have wondered whether if I'm retaining water even though I have no aches and pains or whether my system was starting to go into starvation mode seeing how much exercise I'm doing compared to my cal intake. That could explain why I have been hungry these last few days? We shall see as the old saying goes.
