Ok, i am tired of stepping on the scale each week and staying the same. I keep trying but then get on the scale, see I am the same and eat junk. I have to give myself alittle pep talk. I so wanted to weigh alot less by now but my momentum has been lacking. Starting today, I am going back on track and see what I do this week. I know I can lose this weight, I have done it before and I can do it again. Lets see what this week brings. Hopefully a great weight loss and a smile on my face.
257.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I have been in a slump too! Hopefully we can both start losing again! Try to stay positive and so will i :)
