Had a gentle cycle to the gym & then had a great 70 mins of intense cardio. Cycled then to another town to do my shopping. Had one heavy bakpak, but my bike & myself managed to get back in one piece.

I still managed to lose another 2kg even though I had a few days off & some light workouts. Just goes to show.


Edit:
Just went out & done just over an hour in the local community as a volunteer litter picker-upper. That's more cals burnt for myself & the local community looks a lot tidier too. Big smiles all round.
246.9 lb Lost so far: 39.1 lb.    Still to go: 78.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
