First day back on weight watchers site - lost a pound . Think it was the spinning class. I know the fact that I just paid 60$ for 3 months of online weight watchers is going to make me more accountable. it basically is the same thing as fat secret - but instead of counting calories I'm counting points so there were a lot more 0 point foods to choose from for snacks. I ate a lot of fruit yesterday - more than I would have if I were counting the calories - last night for a snack I had a banana - would have been over 100 calories but instead 0 points . Will be interesting to see how this goes.
