Don't think I weighed in last week...scale said 3 different things this morning so I am taking the highest in order to not be discouraged next week..hahahaha. No big change in measurements-lost 1/2" on hips, arms and thighs. None on the belly area. Sigh. Will just keep plugging away. Now 33 pounds from goal.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
