A beautiful sunny day. I cycled to the gym, done just over an hour cardio Cycled to another town to do some shopping & then cycled back carrying the shopping. Walked my ci (dog) into town for a check up. Looks like masters & pooch diet & workout is paying off. All healthy.


257.9 lb Lost so far: 28.1 lb.    Still to go: 89.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
