Put on a lot of weight during vacation and also loosened up gastric band. It is a struggle to go back to sensible eating patterns when one is constantly worried about finances and the future.
379.9 lb Lost so far: 26.7 lb.    Still to go: 115.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
