Weight is seesawing. I stopped IF for a couple days last weekend and restarted Monday. Ketone levels were climbing by the end of last week. This week they are lower. I may be affected by my protein shake with fiber (half scoop protein powder with 3 tsps of Sugar free fiber supplement...need that fiber). Cutting that out to see what happens.

Interestingly, my glucose is highest in the morning between 105-120 after fasting for at least 10 hours. usually around 100 when fasted for 16 hours. Funny thing is that glucose lowers after I eat( into the 80s) Darn you Insulin Resistance!
361.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 141.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
