I gained weight while I was away. And instead of cleansing, getting back on track I cheated 2 more days 😔. Today though I had a run and 20min high intensity workout. Tomorrow I begin 2 challenges: booty challenge and a writing challenge.
147.7 lb Lost so far: 43.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
