Oh yeah! Loving the results! It’s been a very stressful week with LOTS of sitting. My tail hurts from all the desk work I had to do. But I’m SUPER proud of myself for sticking with my goals ALL week and controlling my desires to stress snack.
191.2 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
