If you’re exercising and finding it easier, I’d suggest the weight doesn’t matter so much. I could be wrong. Stick with the programme - it will go. 🤗

good deal, you are determined and you will get where you need to be. everything takes time. It took me weeks to build up my bike muscles. I had to start at the lowest level and barely made it 10 minutes.

When I started walking in my neighborhood last fall I could only walk about 10 minutes or so. Each day got easier. I would try to go one driveway further everyday.

Good job :). Honestly if you are waking more this could possibly be a bit more muscle and some water weight if you have kept to a calorie deficit (if you count). Progress will rarely be a straight down line. My weight chart goes up and down constantly with an overall trend from start to current.

I envision you becoming the next Josh LaJaunie :-) (He's the guy that lost 230 lbs and went on to become a marathon runner. He was even featured on the cover of Runner's World last year). Keep up the great work.

Thank you all for your click of support and your words of encouragement. I remember last year, at this same time, I was asked to open an event with chant and prayer. I prayed for my own ability to walk and stand upon the stage to do it.
Considering that, I feel so much better this year than last year.
