I'm ready for a fresh start. Today is the beginning of a whole new me! I've planned out a low carb/low cal diet to kickstart my weight loss. After a few weeks @ this, I will gradually increase my calories & carbs until I reach a level my body is comfortable with (without gaining weight back).
I'm so excited to start over and change my life for the better!
189.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 69.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
