Actually lost a little more but keeping conservative. I write in this journal because it helps me get my thoughts down and also journals setbacks and progress. The next month will be sort of a test for me. GOing to Vegas for conference. (food and events). Going to Europe soon for a couple of weeks (travel, food etc). So I already know my eating will be off, but that does not mean gluttony!
