Ketosis! Midweek check - feeling good, appetite is lessened and hunger is diminished, and “haze” is lifting. Sticking with it. :)
189.8 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 54.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
