I didn't do anything aerobic today, but have been active for 10 hours. Slept poorly last night, exhausted. Really focused on reducing hidden fats today.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
