I've noticed that if I eat protein, carbs, vegetables and fat in the same meal, I am not at all hungry between meals. (The emotional eating is another issue, I'm sure. - but I keep healthy snacks) I don't think of food and don't obsess. The portions are a bit big, I need to rein them in and incorporate exercise.
