Just bought a brand new scale from Costco. T This is what I weighed when I stepped on it on 7/2/17 while still at the store. This is the heaviest I have ever been. I know it has to do with recent problems with knee pain and not being able to walk for exercise. But PT said for every pound of weight lost = 4 pounds of pressure on the knees lost.
