Being a solo traveler,for me, feeling and looking good results in a better trip overall. I'm preparing for another trip and I want to take my body further! This round, I'm incorporating more weights.
I almost achieved my original goal and went off to Hawaii/Oahu (blue thumbnail) but I didn't feel particularly handsome. So i went off app for a while and just did a lot of hiking, then went back to Hawaii/Kauai. I preferred that result.
