Starting week 3 of weight watchers. Over the past two weeks I have stuck to the diet plan 100%. I ate all my daily points as well as weekly but I did not use any activity points. I am down a total of 7.4 pounds in just over 2 weeks. Its going great! I am feeling better and have so much more energy!
217.2 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 67.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.9 lb a week
