Hab schon gedacht diese Woche tut sich gar nichts mehr. 😢 200 g ist zwar wenig aber besser als nichts 🤦‍♀️
140.4 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
