There's you have it. The crazy "success" of eating bad and not working out.
Certainly had to be some sort of glitch.
Back to eating right and daily workouts.
256.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 5.6 lb a week
