All my FS data deleted 😭 but finally out of the 80kg ❤️
175.9 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Same phone just all my food logs and weight logs aren’t showing up. It’s ok though, the weight loss cheered me up 😂

I’ve got some stuff back, so that’s good. Probably just a glitch somewhere 😊 The only thing I do is count calories. No exercise as I’ve got some medical issues going on. I also work with kids so I’m on the go all day, I manage lunch but don’t eat again until about 8pm when I come home. Im vary rarely over my calories until the weekend. Then, i’m just a machine 😂
