1.6 lbs from my goal. If I can get it off by Monday I will have lost 20 lbs in 1 month. I plan on eating a lot today though and enjoying myself on the weekend. I know that 150 is a my goal weight but I am also satisfied anywhere from 150- 155 I just need to start working out, something I have mostly avoided since I've started this project. Either way if I drink 8 beers today, eat a pizza slice for breakfast, pollo tropical with the toppings and a hot club for dinner I'll be at 110%. Not good. If I can cut the beer down to 6 I'll be right at my RDI but it's the weekend and I can afford to cheat and treat myself once in a while.
