Slept 5.3 hrs last night. Tried to make a healthy low fat & no salt version of fish & chips this evening. I used air fry setting on toaster oven for potato shoe strings...turned out soggy. For sole fillets I used coating of corn starch, then egg white, then panko & a smidgen of oil in fry pan. Passable, but not fish & chips!

Last of my New Years turkey soup batch I think, but I added bok-choy to it to add some zip. I have had many bowls in Jan as was too busy to cook much. it was a lifesaver to have all those soup containers in my freezer... at the ready.
