Was feeling discouraged yesterday (and not just about weight loss progress). But today is my 6th week, and I have dumped 8.2 lbs. My diet is not hard to do and I don't feel deprived. If I continue to drop pounds, even at this rate, in another 6 weeks I will break the 180's. I really have nothing better to do for myself than to continue what I'm doing...and be patient. I will always have to be careful with my diet, so my impatience is more about seeing what changes the weight loss brings like how my clothes fit, how my knees feel, how much energy I have.
