The kids first week of school is in the books. With them away I can focus a little more on my eating habits, and what my body truly needs after a summer of overindulgence. With school being more normal I feel as though everything is going so fast, running kids from different activities at school and around town leaves me not being home as much as I would like to be to work on a few things for myself. Here’s to another busy week, yet just a little bit slower because I won’t have to go into town everyday😊
