Slow Meta , it is a struggle every day. I have to change up my approach often to keep this body losing. When I hit a plateau, which happens a lot, I'll change to CICO, Keto or tightening up on macros. If I have an event, like a holiday or birthday, I cut back before and after. Plus I add reps to my routines. I like lifting my weights the best and swuats.
