Hmmm 🤔 I knew it. But it was my fault anyway. Adobo chicken (lots of sodium) two pieces of brownies and a thin slice of carrot cake with walnuts. Yup fixing it today.
131.2 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
