This winter, like last one, has involved a lot of illness in my house and has also been busy with work. It seems like my kids keep passing whatever the latest virus is back and forth between them so there's always one of them (and sometimes me) sick! I'm maintaining my weight, more or less, which is ok. I'll check in with buddies over the next few days.
I'd really like to drop these last five pounds this spring and keep them off. We have a summer beach trip planned in June and I'd like to look and feel fabulous for that. It's finally warming up and I'm passing some deadlines at work, so I'm running out of excuses. :)

You can do it Herbie! Isn't it amazing what a difference just 5 lbs. can make in how we feel about our bodies? Go for a compromise - continue eating healthy and up the exercise a bit - approach it from both ends!

Well, I don't think winter is officially over yet so I don't think you are dragging your feet at all. You were always the master maintainer and clearly still are. Like many of us, the winter just slows you down a bit and you pick "a few" extra pounds, which are then easily shed in the spring. :-)
