I'm not doing a Friday Night - Saturday food diary. I would estimate that used my entire allotment of Flex points on Saturday, perhaps more. I did not "cheat" because it is in my plan to spike on Saturdays. I did take 2 walks but they didn't really count for much. On a positive note, I am minus 2 for the week. Today is a new day.
