I hopped on the scale fully dressed this afternoon before having a snack. I had eaten breakfast but no lunch at that time. Imagine my surprise that I weighed less than I did the morning we left for vacation 😊 Not sure if it's a fluke...will do a weigh in tomorrow morning before coffee, etc.
We had a short drive today arriving home just after 1:00 PM. I don't mind the drive but I hate the truck traffic! I was side swiped by a semi about 35 years ago. I wasn't injured but it has made me nervous ever since.
We've unpacked and picked up our doggies at the kennel. They were very happy to see us & we them ❤ I think they were busy at "Doggie Camp" cause they're both curled up snoozing. Teddy on the bed next to Hubby, who is also having a little snooze & Lucy next to me on the chair.
Planning a simple meal with eggs & bacon for dinner. I had been thinking just fried eggs but Hubby started talking about peppers & onions & stuff so I think there may be a crust less quiche in the works.
We had a fabulous time away....and I enjoyed my "Girl time" last week....but as always it's nice to be home. Gonna go feed the kids then get our dinner started.
