9.2 % body fat (highly inaccurate reading from body composition scanner)
I'm at the point now where my body usually decides to gain more weight again. Never been lower than this. Let's see what happens tomorrow lol.
*in 2 out of 4 measures the scale measured 58.5 kg, which is a record for me but I like playing safe :)
waist measurement: 82.4 cm (It's incredibly difficult for me to measure my waist because the reading appears to vary wildly with very slight differences in pressure of the paper tape measure, all this while I'm worrying about keeping my belly extended and relaxed.) Let's just say I'm no pro at it lol.
