A little gain, but this is what happens when I allow myself to be free and just try to monitor what I’m eating/drinking and not documenting it. This weekend I spent a lot of time sitting BUT I was spending some much needed time visiting family while camping in their yard.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
