Not so good this week. Gained 2 lbs. Went out for supper Thursday and went off track. Then I allowed myself to carry on into the weekend. Not sure why. No good excuse. But Sunday went good. Let's see how this week goes. Tough when away over the long weekend. I've been thinking about making a plan and setting goals starting next Monday Sept 2nd. I've got a week to finalize. For this week doing Daily Accountability #34.
