Well went to a wedding out of state last weekend and journaled everything I ate up to the reception dinner. Even at the dinner I tried to be mindful of what I was eating but whatever.
I’ve been doing 45 minutes of calisthenics 5x a week consistently and I have a much better physique than when I started this journey. So I’m not beating myself up.
Also, I discovered chia seeds a few weeks ago and wow, they are great. Help w appetite, energy and I also personally believe my mood. I strongly suggest them as they have no taste and go great in a salad, drink or anything like that.
