This whole fasting thing works well and I am in! However, for the sake of total honestly, I made it 23 hours and like 10 minutes as I went to a fringe festival show with a friend and we shared an order of beignets from a food truck. I was actually happy about the decision because I felt in control of making it. I learned a lot, mainly that it would be easier for me to do a 36 hour fast Sunday nights through Tuesday morning, so I am going to try to do it then. I would like to do a 36 hour fast once a week. Also still a nice weight loss 😂😂😂
