I don't know what happened... i haven't cheated on my diet... i just didn't get out walking due to sickness and bad weather... but for some reason I am up 4 pounds... I am frustrated!!
245.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you have been following your plan, then you know the gain isn't from that. It's most likely water weight. It could be from excess sodium, medicine you have been taking, time of the month, etc. Just keep going, drink some water and give it a couple of days. Our bodies are made of 60% water, so the scale goes up and down.
