I weighed myself this morning when I got up... and made sure i was nakie... and i am down about 5 pounds from the last time I weighed myself!! YAY!! its a step in the right direction.. and I am going for a walk to the park today with my friend and our kids... it should be fun and hopefully I can keep this going and the pounds will just start melting off!!

Congratulations on the weight loss 5lbs is a lot. Thanks for the encouraging words I really needed them. I am also hoping to look good in my bathing suit this summer. My biggest goal is to fit into my wedding dress. We are getting married on August 2,2008 and i bought my dress in October of last year so it is already to small. UGH! I only need to be down about 15 lbs to fit into it but I would love for it to be tooo big. LOL So keep up the good work talk to you soon
