75 days

Tried my new workout routine today.

1) One Arm Lats: 35 lifts over 3 sets 12 reps each: 55lbs
2) Stand One Arm: 35 lifts over 3 sets of 12 each: 25,30,35lbs
3) Dead lift: 35 lifts over 3 sets of 10 each and 1 set of 5 each: 50,50,60,60
4) Woodchop on knees: 35 lifts over 3 sets of 12 each: 12lbs
5) Pull up assists: 7,7,6 with weight 16
6) Negative pull-ups 9,4,5
7) HIIT 4 sets of jump rope, 4 sets of burpees, 4 sets of mountain climbers
8) Star - 8,8,4

Going to do similar workouts three times a week and do cardio classes the other 3 times.

Also went food shopping and bought only what I was on my food plan. Hopefully this will go well for me.

Diet Calendar Entry for 08 July 2012:

Your workout routine is making me sore just to read it. :) I worked out at the gym today too, but the most reps I did was 15 and 2 sets of each exercise. I absolutely hate burpees! But I did do three sets of mountain climbers. Let's do this!!!

Argh - do burpees and mountain climbers?!?!?! I WATCH them on my exercise DVDs. LOL !

Oh I did overall 35 reps kimjinxie! I did 12 reps per set and did 3 sets. I couldnt do 35 reps in one set! ouch! So you and I do the same amount of reps overall :)
