I lost 60pounds in 6 months about 10 years ago.
My goal is to repeat that experience.

I learned a great deal in those 6 months, and I'm excited to see what the road ahead will bring.

While being older works against me, I believe that the knowledge I gained and the tools available today will make up for it.
