OK, I'm starting over today (ever the Monday girl, I am)! I fell off hard on Saturday morning, and did OK until Saturday night, and then Sunday was just a horrid horrid thing food wise - superbowl, pizza, etc. I don't even like football (nor did I watch), but I sure do like pizza (so of course I ate it). Totally fell into my old habits! Anyhow, not gonna dwell on it, just going to dust off and try, try again! I'm gonna just call last week a test run! Let's hope for a better day, I've read a few journals already this morning, and a lot of them sound like mine, damn weekends anyway!

You are definitely not alone this Monday morning! I didn't do the Superbowl thing but went out for an evening of drinks, etc. with hubby on Saturday so I did my share for the cause! I went for my run this morning so I am feeling a little redeemed. Hope the day goes well for you!

Dust off, get up, CHIN UP and Move on!! :) Live and learn, but don't dwell on the negative. Instead, figure out how to make something that you like... for instance PIZZA and make a healthy version that still tastes amazing and is better for you, that you can have once in a while and look forward to it... so you won't slip and eat something and regret it later. There are many great ideas for making what used to "be bad" for us, taste good and "be good for us", too. You can DO IT!! :)

Today is a new day. Just get back on the wagon, plan some healthy meals, and move on!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!
