Woke up pretty sore from previous day workout. Had terrible stomach issues and basically was on the toilet from 3 am to 11 am almost every hour. Most of the morning was pretty alert. Ate first meal at 11 am last meal day before was around 9:45 pm. Did feel very hungry after eating breakfast which I'm usually used to eating, ate a snack an hr later, then another snack with my daughter an hr after lunch which I ate around 1:40 pm. After the snack around 3:00 pm felt very tired and fell asleep with my daughter for 40 minutes, I was probably tired because my sleep had been interrupted. Woke of from nap to go get my boys from school and began drinking pre-workout. Took kids to baseball practice and went to gym. Worked out for 1 hr 30 min felt full of energy throughout workout. Pretty spent once arrived home, helped kiddos with homework prepped post workout protein & took shower & had kiddos take showers. Didn't feel like cooking ate left over chicken tenders daughter left, gave her ramen noodles since I knew she'd eat that willingly & had half a forkful of noodles. Drank protein at 9:30 pm. Husband returned from gym at 10:15 pm headed to bed. Have been noticing lately my sex drive is low, I think its due to stress I'm on my last week of my last class for my associates degree, three kids, working part time its honestly the last thing on my mind, but my husband feels neglected and its only been two days of no intimacy... when we had been intimate for three days in a row. Just trying to find some balance.
